Harvin is a Senior Legal Associate in the firm’s litigation department. Upon completion of his pupillage in which his areas of practice were in accident/third party bodily injuries/running down matter, he was enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Thereafter, his main areas of practice encompassed general civil litigation, criminal litigation, and matrimonial & family law. His current key areas of practice are general civil litigation and matrimonial & family law.

As a litigator, Harvin has handled both contentious and non-contentious matters, whilst prioritizing resolving disputes amicably and maintaining high standards of ethics. Harvin strives to provide legal, practical, and holistic solutions by understanding the importance of the underlying emotions and history of every dispute to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Harvin is also a Mediator who is enlisted as one of the panel Mediators in the Malaysia Mediation Centre and a member of The Malaysia Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb). His strength in alternate dispute resolution/mediation are key to achieving a desirable outcome for parties involved.
